Description: Do you feel like you are running on an empty tank? Do you feel like you give all your time and energy to everyone else? Do you feel like you need a loooong vacation by yourself? Do you feel like there are not enough hours in the day?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, you are NOT alone. As parents, we tend to put ourselves last and put our children, husband, house, work and everything else first. We forget about the things that make us happy, bring us joy and excited. All the things that fill our tank.
Join other parents who are also running on empty and learn how to take charge, put yourself first and find your balance. Life is about balance, once you find that sweet spot, you will find yourself enjoying the little things more, feeling less overwhelmed and overall happier, more peaceful and mindful. In fact, your overall health and well-being will improve!
